Overview
Our exchanges and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a exchanges and returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We can’t offer you a return or exchange if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchanges and returns.
If you are approved, then your exchanges or returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit account (if applicable).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order errors or defective products.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
